Phi Eta Chapter, Northeastern University

What is Formal Recruitment?

Formal Recruitment is a mutual selection process that allows you and the sorority members to get acquainted in a causal setting. Participating in Recruitment does not obligate you to join a sorority. It provides an opportunity for you to learn more about Greek life and everything it has to offer. During Recruitment, you may meet with all the different sororities on campus to learn about their chapters. Dress casually, be yourself, and above all, have fun while you meet the girls that may be your future Sisters!

What does Delta Phi Epsilon have to offer?

Sisterhood bonds that will last a lifetime.
International network of Delta Phi Epsilon sisters ready and willing to help out.
National scholarships and grants available to members through the Delta Phi Epsilon Educational Fund.
Community services projects to help benefit our philanthropies and our surrounding communities.
National leadership conferences to help build leadership skills and meet other DPhiE Sisters from around the world.
Social activities: Formals, Semi-Formals, Greek Week, Homecoming, Mixers and Sisterhood Events.
What does being "National" or "International" mean?
It means we have more than one chapter. DPhiE has chapters throughout the U.S. and Canada. We also have a national office located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This gives sisters the opportunity to network, travel, and stay involved after finishing college.

What is the hazing policy of Delta Phi Epsilon?

Delta Phi Epsilon holds very strict policies against hazing. We do not tolerate any type of disrespect toward new members or active sisters.
